Also included in this latest image drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
